There’s a space at The Wheatsheaf for every activity, whether it’s your special celebration, your exercise class, or your music production. Take a look at what’s on offer. Please note we can only provide a quotation in response to a Quotation Request form (that big green button just down there!)

Some Essential Info

Viewing the Hall

sThere is a volunteer in the hall every day between 1000 and 1200. You may drop in to view the space and we will be happy to show you around, as long as there is no hirer using the space. No need to make an appointment. Just check the calendar for availability, and drop in (ring the bell for access).
If you’d like to speak to someone about the details of hiring the building, please call on Thursday between 1000 and 1500, when our administrator will be happy to answer questions related to your booking.
If you can’t attend at any of these times, or would like an appointment to view, please email us to book a time to come in.

Weddings at Wheatsheaf

Wheatsheaf is a very popular wedding venue, and has been used by many happy couples over the years to celebrate their big day. If you’re planning a wedding, head over to our weddings page for information on what ou should bear in mind when booking.

Read this First

All of our spaces are hireable separately or together. For weddings and other special celebrations we recommend you hire the whole building, so you don’t have to share with other hirers.

All spaces are available from 0830-2300, every day. Bear in mind we close between Christmas and the first week in January every year.

Essential Documents

We ask Hirers to sign and abide by our Terms and Conditions of Hire document. If you’re serving alcohol, you’ll need permission. See below for all the documents you’ll need.

Alcohol Agreement
