What you need to know when booking Wheatsheaf
Timing of Bookings
Wheatsheaf is available 7 days a week, from 0830 to 2300. When making a booking, you pay for the time you are in the building, including set up and strike down time.
Age Limits
We love parties at Wheatsheaf, but teenage parties not so much. Bookings for people aged between 12 and 21 will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Hire Rates
Our prime purpose is to support the local residents, so we offer preferential rates for residents of Wyil, Mawbey Brough and Hemans Estates. Our rates for private individuals are also competetive.
Terms and Conditions
When booking, we ask you to abide by our Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Self Service
The Hall is offered on a self-service basis. We ask that you return the hall in the condition in which you found it.
Viewings
When you’ve found a time that suits, let us know when you’d like to visit. We can offer viewings most days between 1000 and 1200 without an appointment (although do check first).
